Andrea Coppola applies the skills she honed as a litigator to her real estate practice at FLB Law. Andrea is an essential member of FLB Law's Real Estate and Land Use & Zoning Practices. Her primary focus is representing landlords and tenants in leasing transactions. She has become a trusted advisor to national restaurant groups that are rapidly expanding, including Hawkers, Mecha Noodle Bar, bartaco, Barcelona Wine Bar, Sixty Vines, Mexican Sugar and Hatch.  Andrea also focuses her practice on corporate transactions, advising clients ranging from emerging businesses to national big-box retailers. She brings a practical, business-minded approach to complex deals, leveraging experience gained both in private practice and as in-house counsel for a global retail brand.

Andrea counsels clients through the full life cycle of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development. She has advised institutional and private clients on a broad range of matters involving retail, office, mixed-use, and land use issues, and regularly negotiates leases, purchase agreements, and related documents.

Her corporate background includes handling mergers and acquisitions, franchising, licensing, corporate structuring, commercial contracts, and governance matters. While serving as senior in-house counsel to an international retail company, Andrea worked cross-functionally to manage legal issues tied to operations, compliance, and risk mitigation across U.S. and international subsidiaries.
